I was born & raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota & moved to Omaha in 2004 to complete Capitol’s cosmetology program.

I then worked for SalonCentric for 14+ years & while doing so, I obtained a bachelors degree in marketing & human resource management.

I started working for Capitol in 2017 & now get to use both my cosmetology license and HR degree to recruit future industry professionals!

What Do You Love Most About Working at Capitol?

I love assisting future students, stylists & estheticians as they begin their journey in this wonderful industry.

While it’s an exciting time in their lives, it can also be overwhelming. I get that!
